The current international pandemic from COVID-19 is currently impacting our business in the following ways; we are still working hard to get your orders processed and shipped in a timely manner. please be aware that depending on the shipping destination, your package may experience delivery delays. please contact us if you have further concerns. 

 

 

General information

Most of our products are stocked in our warehouse and are ready to ship upon purchase. Some items are made-to-order and can take time to craft , we will contact you as soon as you place an order. For the correct status, please check the product details on the product page.

Ready to ship products may take up to 3 business days after the order has been placed to ship from our warehouse.

 Business days are Monday through Friday only and do not include national holidays.

 For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 4 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.

 For delays caused by material unavailability at the manufacturer, you will be informed.

 

 International Shipping Information

All international packages are shipped by DHL and Rates are based on destination and package weight.

 

Delivery times for international packages vary greatly depending on the final destination and can take up to 8 weeks from the time it has shipped until it is delivered.

 Customs and/or import duties are often applied once the delivery reaches its destination. Each of these fees must be paid by the recipient(we are not responsible for these fees) Unfortunately, we have no control over these costs and cannot predict what the related costs might be as customs policies and import duties vary greatly from country to country. If in doubt, it is recommended that you contact your local customs office for more information before placing an order.

 

INSURANCE

TRACKING

Tracking for your order is emailed to you once your order is shipped out. Tracking updates are available typically within 2 days of shipping out.

If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.

 

DAMAGED GOODS

Upon delivery of the goods, if you find tampering, damage to the package and/or breakages, you must reject the goods, immediately send the detailed report of the damaged goods within 24 hours from the event by email at jessica@pardicasa.com

 

 

 UNCLAIMED, REFUSED OR UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGE

In the event that you do not collect the ordered goods in storage at the courier’s warehouses within 5 working days due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address provided by customers at the time of the order, the goods will be returned to us and the order will be processed as a return, the original form of payment will be refunded, less any additional shipping expenses.

We are not responsible for return shipping and/or storage costs when returning items for a refund or for lost returns. If you wish to reship an unclaimed, refused, or undeliverable package you are responsible for the new shipping cost.

 

Orders refused at delivery and returned to us are subject to having return shipping costs withheld from any refunds issued once the package has been returned to us.
