Made to Order/Custom Order Terms and Conditions
Please read the following conditions carefully before ordering the Made to order/customized products. The order of customized products is therefore bound by our conditions.
By making the payment, you accept the relative order conditions for made to order/custom items.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Custom/made to orders CANNOT BE CANCELED, RETURNED OR REFUNDED ONCE we have received the payment, due to the manufacturing begins immediately once the deposit is confirmed. Therefore, any changes to the items ordered must be communicated within 24 hours from the time the payment is made.
Our Lead times may vary from 2-8 weeks, excluding holidays, starting from the date on which the payment was received. A notification will be sent if the order is delayed.
The delivery of our items in Italy can take from 2-9 days.
Shipping costs vary depending on the size and weight of the items ordered. Alternatively, it is possible to arrange a free collection at the Montefalco Tessitura Pardi store.
If you receive a custom/made to order item from us that is incorrect you may contact at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number in the subject line and we will be happy to assist you in an exchange for the correct items originally ordered
